To answer questions on how to make a support ticket, swipe right: pull your dashboard open, scroll down to "Help & Support", then "take me to support", then under "Creator Questions", choose probably "technical support" and then "video and livestream troubleshooting" Even if you don't report this ticket, you now know where to file tickets for other issues in the future if you have them. But I can tell you, the recording is probably permanently fucked. I've had this issue a couple times before, doesn't record or recording muffed. It cannot be recovered. BUT!
