It's because boards often just nod off and don't pay close attention, UNTIL something goes wrong. Then I have to go thru years of corporate resolutions, corporate meeting minutes, signed documents, lay it ALLL out "and here's why we are here...see this? Yeah, that's your name signed there. Remember that? So don't come in here now like 'Poindexter!! What is going on!!'" For reals, that's been my day, and basically my week, and I'll have actual board mtg tomorrow that'll probably last a hundred years. But anyway...Ellie the nanny will be here at lunchtime and we'll do our Live Cam for you at 1pm Pacific. See how I take care of you even when everything is crazy. Because I'm a good mom.
