Do 1, 1 2, 1 2 3, 1 2 3 4, etc. You add a new exercise with each round. It was a slow burnπ€£. Has anyone actually done any of the workouts I've posted π. Please tell me if you have. Beef tenderloin (aka filets) grilled & salad for dinner. I may do small red potato in the microwave. I'm not fond of the cooler weather π

We'll see if Toby & I make it to the river tomorrow. Weather turned cooler. Water was somewhat cooler last weekend so idkπ. My sweet hubby brought me a bison burger from a favorite restaurant he went to while outa town. I put it on a pitaπ. Needed veggie so I put some frozen broccoli in baggie night before so at lunch all did was dump some of the water & heated up...excellent! Healthy doesn't have to be hardπ

Ok...how many are saying come on Josie, you got this?!π I'm super impressed with my back muscles (face pulls on trx). I imagine it as looks chunkyπ¬. Give me some grace on those burpees as that was 46-60. π, ended up doing 90 total. You can see by the heart rate monitor that lifting also increases your HR. Also, you get the afterburn effect on the metabolism for up to 48 hrsπ.

I did my typical elliptical workout before classπ...thankfully the trainer likes me and makes sure he opens the club early for meπ. Not entirely true, but sounds good π

If I was stuck doing zumba or step aerobics, I'd never workout. Find what you LOVE! Um, no I don't exactly enjoy getting up at 5AM. Sleep is one of a few things I lack in a healthy lifestyle. π If they could put another 4-6 hrs in a day...I'd be golden π. Have a great day!

I have a scale on the counter so everything is accurately measured. Time consuming...absolutely ππ. The mason jars has all dry ingredients of oats, walnuts, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, I'll add milk & canned pumpkin night before & heat next morning for breakfast π. The berries I'll add plain Greek yogurt & sweetner for healthy snack. Here's one of my favorite snacks. Tomatoes (cherry size), cucumbers, and feta cheese π₯²

I'm gonna whine because I'm out of root beer float protein powder (my favorite! )π«π«π«. I make it with milk & ice in the ninja blender so has the consistency of milkshake π. I am frugal and $70 for this π«...having hard time justify the $βΉ.

So been doing 3 days work in 1.75 and now I'm behind almost 3 daysπ...not fun.π Plus I had meat I needed to grill to freeze for lunches & dinners.π

I had quite a bit of pulling exercises so I needed some more pushing to balance, somewhat. I knew Toby was tired from the weekend so I stayed at the gym & logged in 2+mi on treadmill. Workout longer...I just get caught up in the moment πͺ ππΌββοΈπ
