Checking things off of your to do lists (I most definitely operate off to do lists!) Looking at something that marks your consistency (precisely why I wear a heart rate monitor for workouts). Yes, working out was also listed๐. Actually anything that gets your heart rate up a bit, like a brisk walk๐. I do supplements as well. I do suffer from depression so anything I can do to increase dopamine, endorphins, & serotonin (short of drugs or alcohol ๐- I don't engage in either!) Depression is no joke and it's NOT just in your head. It can be paralyzing to where you feel lost and can't move forward. Seek your happiness! I'm working on mine๐...thanks for helping me through the rough days๐ I appreciate you all!

My garlic bread...I grab either a akery French loaf or Italian bread (probably wheat) when it's on mark down at Walmart. I cut in thirds & freeze. Pull out a section, cut in disc's & put on a garlic butter/mayo mixture & top with parmesan cheese.

I do a battered fish (I like the crunch) & a non-breaded filet. I also do a homemade tartar sauce with light mayo, Greek yogurt, dill relish, & lemon juice. The battered fish is higher calories. By adding the non-breaded, I get the extra protein without the added calories. Greek yogurt can be mixed with mayo at a 1:3 ratio of mayo to Greek yogurt (I do 2%fat) to give you a good option to all mayo fat & calories. For my veggies, it's just a frozen veggies with light cheese sauce. Healthy dinner๐ฅฒ

Still haven't been able to get tested for Covid so to be safe to others, I'm not going to class. Plus feel like I need to take it easy again today. May take Toby for a walk later when weather clears up. In the meantime spending a few minutes cuddling with him๐คญ๐

I need to work on getting more sleep & getting on all my proteins.๐ฌ My focus this year will be gaining a better position at work (wherever that may be). I'll need to start talking to recruiters again. I want a challenging position where I can utilize my skills as an accountant! ๐ Also need to focus on building female friend relationships. Male friends are easy to come by๐โบ.

I tried doing it their way today and I could barely have the bar on front my shoulders. They are bruised from their way (putting it on your shelf). I could tell my legs were really fatigued as my running speed was moderate ๐. Still got it in and that's all that matters ๐. My membership is up at the gym so be working from apartment complexes gym. They've got a squat rack with bars & plates so I'm happy until I figure out if I want to do the local xfit.

I freeze the shredded beef in single servings. This is what I make...healthy pita, shredded beef top with provolone cheese under the broiler for a few minutes ๐. I had a frozen bag of chopped broccoli that I heated up in microwave (dumped the water) added a dash of light Caesar dressing. Perfect lunch๐

Instead of running, I chose a boxing workout on YouTube. I used water 16oz bottles. The 3 lb weights were too much. My gloves are 12oz. I still got in a great sweat tho!
