Good morning y'all! I made it to FL to be with my sister until next week. I went to Crossfit with her and did lots more rowing than I'm used to. Also there was 5 rounds that included 10-15 pull-ups. Since I can't do a pull-up I did a banded assist. I know I'll be feeling it tomorrow! There were 3 rounds of 800 meter runs. Lot more cardio today. Time to get back to work🙂. Enjoy your day!!!😙

Have I told you lately how much I love boxing class? 😋😄 Find what you love to do to stick with it...8+yrs & going strong 💪 ❤ Look at that calorie burn😉. Trainer was being critical to those who are just going thru the motions...and THAT is exactly why I could never be a trainer. I have little patience for those that don't try or complain!!!

Brrrr it was cold 🥶! Called for boots & jeans😄...yep, the new jeans. I'm kinda excited & have a little anxiety. Flying to be with my sister's family over Xmas. Thankfully she does crossfit so workouts will continue & I'll have to do some on my own. She doesn't eat like I do so that's where the anxiety kinda is...I need to make sure I get in protein & veggies! It's not necessarily a vacation because I'll be working from her home. It's basically so I don't spend xmas alone. And my flight was about $150 round trip😏

Went to return a dress...then ended up finding some more things 😉😄. I'm having an issue with finding jeans...thank goodness for stretch in the quads🙄. Jeans are either super tight in quads I can't get them on or have some room in quads & waist is kinda big. Found a pair that fits the waist, usually they end up stretching out to where I can button them & still pull them down to my ankles 🙄😆. Can you tell im more of a jeans & t kinda woman😉...least on my days off. Tho I do like to dress up & look pretty too😁 And who can resist an awesome hoodie😁😄

Rarely do I go shopping anymore. I just wanted to try some things on. This 1st top & jeans i think I look pretty smokin hot in. My muscles can be seen😄.
