I’ve been very down lately from social media stress, I want to just slow down for a second and tell you all that I’m kind of emotional today because I feel like I’ve been spreading myself too thin and trying to please everyone but I’ve also been losing myself in the process.when I’m stressed I just constantly put myself down, while trying so hard to gain validation from others, neglecting my own well being, do you guys do that sometimes?
