Just got back from the store. I got the meats! Bison and beef. Hey I gotta funny trivia question: what is the name of the animal we call a “cow”. Because cow means female (and bull male). Like hens and roosters are both chickens. What do you call that animal we call a cow or a bull? It has no name! Isn’t that strange? (Some say it’s a bovine, but we don’t call horses “equines”, we call them horses. Some say cattle, but that means several. What do you call a single cattle? Some say it’s a Holstein or an angus, but that’s the breed) If you got an answer, let’s hear it. But one of my companies was in cattle management technology, and even the cowboys had no real good answer
