But here’s the whole sequence written out: Warm-Up: Spinal Waves Balasana Down Dog Plank Cobra Dog Strength Sequence: Deep Push-Ups on Yoga Blocks-15 reps Dog Calf-Raise- hold for 10 seconds Dumbbell Press-20 reps Dumbbell Flies- 20 reps Dumbbell Press-10 reps Dumbbell Flies-10 reps Dumbbell Press-10 reps Dumbbell Flies-10 reps Bicep Curls-10 reps Triceps Extensions-10 reps Lateral Raises-10 reps Bicep Curls-10 reps Triceps Extensions-10 reps Lateral Raises-10 reps Bicep Curls-10 reps Triceps Extensions-10 reps Lateral Raises-10 reps Run Stairs-3x Overhand Pull-Ups-5 reps Abdominal Sequence (with Yoga block between knees) Knee Raises-30 reps Side to Side Crunches-30 reps Center Crunches-30 reps Repeat the entire sequence from Strength to Abdominals 3x. Then finish with: Deep Push-Ups with Elastic Band-15 reps Flies with Elastic Band-30 reps Have at it, fellas!🫵
