Added 2020-03-30 12:47:21 +0000 UTCOrdered a new phone from Amazon.. My insurance needed me to call them as there wasn't an alternative available and it was still going to cost £100 in excess. I obviously can't call them because my phone is damaged! So this was my only choice. Luckily I have my DSLR camera to fall back on to take pics and videos as normal, but I am now completely bankrupt for the foreseeable future! Anyone else having a week/month from hell?! I'm here for you
