I haven’t been able to exercise at all for months cuz of all my disease and flare up 😭 chronic illness struggle ... my doctor said I can try to take a walk as long as I don’t over exert myself so I’m gonna take a walk today 🙏 wish me luck on my wellness journey 🙌🏼
