I guess it felt like it came fast because I slept in, then raced to a hair appointment, went to grab a late lunch, and time just never does follow my requests to slow down. Speaking of time. The leaves rustling in the trees whisper affirmations to my soul, the birds chirping pull my eyes to their elaborately shining feathers, the sun feeds me with energy, and my acknowledgment of the internal beats of my heart directs my brain, providing me with the power to use it for forward, positive life motions. A fresh haircut and now a relaxing afternoon is just what this girl needed today after a slightly rushed morning. ☀️😎💜 Get outside if you can. Reflect. Relax. I was fortunate to have the day off earlier this week to watch the eclipse, but since I don’t sit still well I had to occupy my time with something. Horses who get shoes on their feet are said to be “shod.” Ru and O were shod today (they are on a 5 week schedule). It was another beautiful morning to get to spend a little extra time at home before work. The birds are chirping, the grass is greening up, and I’m feeling spring fever!!
